Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Refunds are only valid within 14 days of delivery.
Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products such as customized or final-sale items are non-refundable. Please check the product page before purchasing for details.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
